RETURN POLICY

 

Returns policy on standard goods that aren't damaged:

CONDITIONS:

- Prior to returning your goods, you must contact our customer service team to obtain a return authorization

- The product/s must arrive back to us in new condition with the original box, packaging and contents enclosed.

- Return shipping will be at the customer’s expense. Upon receiving a return, the products will be inspected. Re-postage will be at the buyer’s expense.

- Our 7 days return policy is effective from the receipt date of your order.



Returns policy on damaged/defective goods or delivery error:

In the event of delivery errors, defective products or damaged during shipment to you, provided you notify Dezignlover customer service of the damaged shipment and provide proper documentation of the damage within 7 business days of receiving it. Dezignlover will ship a replacement at no additional charge.

If you desire replacement parts or components after 30 days, these can be purchased separately.



Purchase is not refundable beyond 7 days from the date of purchase. By keeping the product beyond 7 days from the date of purchase, you are agreeing to our Money Back Guarantee Policy and Terms and Conditions.
